Same/next-day professional build at your hotel
We will aim to build up your bikes as soon as practical, if it cannot be done the same day as your arrival it will be scheduled first thing on the following morning. Our Mechanics are shop trained professionals with years of experience and know how – We don’t just build your bike we give it a full safety check & race-ready tune for optimal performance.
Transfers to Check-in / Check-out & Transition Zone Bag/Bike drop-off & Collection
Once check-in is open, we will bring you, your kit bag and bike to check-in and drop kit at transition zones (at Langkawi Ironman these are far apart).

- Full build including – cockpit setup, wheel alignment and tyre checks, chain Lube, brake and shifting tuning if necessary
- Race-ready prep so you can get out for shake-down and route recce rides quickly
- Post race bike handover at T2 after bike checkout
- Full wash and dry to remove salt, sweat and grime
- Professional disassembly and re-packing into your travel case
- Delivery of you and packed bike back to your hotel or, for some events, directly to the airport
